As there was an eager anticipation of the official launch of the new Tata Harrier SUV in India, Tata Motors has now released a teaser video as to just stir up the anticipation of the fans. The recent video shows off the car’s framework, as it how it has been tested for endurance and engineered for perfection.
It was showcased at 2018 Auto Expo as the H5X concept. At that time, the company announced a 5 seater SUV which will go on sale in early 2019 which will be followed by a 7 seater model which will be launched by early 2020.
Born of Land Rover’s D8 Architecture, the OMEGARC has sculpted the Tata Harrier into an incisive beast that can cut through any obstacle with panache and poise. Witness its might as it aces the water wading test.

It will be the first product from the company to be positioned on the OMEGA (Optimal Modular Efficent Global Advanced Architecture). It has been jointly developed with Jaguar Land Rover.
OMEGA platform will lead to optimized torsional and bending stiffness on the automobile. As a result, it will make SUV very efficent on city roads and off road.
Since it is made of high tensile strength, it will have better strength and highly automated assembly line.
The beauty has auxiliary isolation panels as a result it will result in less NVH- noise, vibration and harshness.
Moreover, it will have a special crumble zone thus enhancing its safety features. It could be priced between Rs13-16 lakhs and will compete with Hyundai Creta and Jeep Compass.
