Sunny Leone- newest addition to Delhi’s Madame Tussauds

Sunny Leone has joined the likes of other Bollywood celebrities who have their statues at Madame Tussauds, Delhi.

Madame Tussauds has been a matter of all ever since its inception. The wax museum, that is situated in London has smaller musuems all over the world. India, was not late to catch on the fever by establishing a Madame Tussauds Museum in Delhi.

Sunny Leone now joins Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Virat Kohli, Shah Rukh Khan, Anil Kapoor and others in having a statue at Madame Tussauds. The actor took to her Twitter page to share the news and so did her husband Daniel Weber.

 

 According to The Indian Express, Sunny had in an earlier interview said that she was overwhelmed to have a statue of her own Madame Tussauds.

“I am thrilled and grateful to Madame Tussauds for creating my figure. Having my own wax figure is completely overwhelming. This is the first time I have undergone a sitting and I must thank the entire team for making it a unique and memorable experience,” she was quoted as saying.

“I am equally excited to see ‘me’ at the attraction. Madame Tussauds is a ‘one-of-a-kind’ attraction and I am so thrilled to be chosen for this incredible honour,” she added.

Sunny got a blockbuster welcome at the event, pictures and videos of which she shared on social media and wrote, “Then it all began! The craziness and hysteria.” The post feature a group of photographers trying to take pictures of Sunny while she unveils the wax statue. In one of the videos posted by her, we can see Sunny and her husband Daniel Weber entering the venue, aided by heavy security, amidst a huge crowd. Sunny Leone waved and smiled at her fans at Madame Tussauds.
