The phone will be launched on October 17 according to rumors
The OnePlus 6T will feature a waterdrop notch according to a ‘official poster’ leaked on Slashleaks.
The poster also shows the company’s motto “Never settle” on the wallpaper and the tagline “Unlock the speed”. The waterdrop notch will likely house the front camera and other sensors, such as the ambient light sensor and proximity sensor.
With a design remarkably similar to the Vivo V11 Pro, the smartphone will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, which points to the “Unlock the speed” tagline.
The name of OnePlus 6T was confirmed via a page on Amazon India listing and a TV ad starring Amitabh Bachchan.
According to sources, the smartphone is set to be released on October 17, though OnePlus has not confirmed the release date.

The leaked poster should be taken with a pinch of salt as OnePlus has not revealed detailed specifications for the smartphone. It might very well be a fake leak based on rumors.
The OnePlus 6T reportedly has a 6.4” Full HD+(2340×1080 pixels) display with a 19.5:9 display aspect ratio. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, along with 8GB RAM and upto 256GB internal storage. OnePlus has decided to replace the 3.5 mm headphone jack in favour of a USB Type-C port.
OnePlus is set to release the Type-C Bullets earphones as well.
