Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan also requested fishermen and others, not to venture into the seas until 4th Oct. Further he warned that a low pressure would cause  “strong winds and rough seas.”

The warning comes just after Kerala witnessed its worst flood in a decade, killing over 483 people, and injuring and displacing several hundred others. The floods also led to loss of infrastructure worth rupees 270 Crore.
