Four different cyclones are formed and two cyclones are on the west and two more on the east coast, it is an unlikely incidence that two cyclones would form in the sea, surrounding the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal area.

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the cyclones- Cyclone Maha and cyclone Bulbul are likely to hit Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bengal, and Odisha.

Earlier, the Cyclone Maha was near Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan region, so they were given the yellow level watch across till Thursday morning. The cyclone is currently approaching Gujarat over 390 km per hour and it is speculated that Maha will bring along heavy rains in the region of Gujarat and Maharashtra.

However, the developing cyclone bulbul is likely to affect Bengal and Odisha. Meteorological Department officials stated that the cyclone is set to intensify into a severe cyclonic storm over the Bay of Bengal.
