TMC’s Derek O’Brien further complained to the Election Commission about booth capturing in Nandigram by BJP

Vehicle of media personnel was attacked near booth number 170 in Kamalpur, Nandigram today, reported ANI.

Meanwhile, Suvendu Adhikari, BJP candidate from the Nandigram constituency, said that overall, elections were going peacefully thanks to central forces. He said, “Overall, the elections are going peacefully. The central forces have tightened the noose. Earlier, people used to roam on motorbikes and honked, but that has now stopped.”

TMC’s Derek O’Brien wrote to the Election Commission complaining about booth capturing in Nandigram.

The second phase of the assembly elections in West Bengal began today with Nandigram being the main focus where TMC’s Mamata Banerjee is contesting against Adhikari, her former aide.
