New Delhi[India], November 23: Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Ravish Kumar commented on Pakistan’s proposal to allow Kulbushan Jadhav to meet his wife and mother.

“We requested Pakistan to allow Jadhav’s wife and mother to meet him. We requested them to take measures for ensuring the safety and not to be interviewed or harassed in Pakistan. We also asked for security to accompany the two even during the meet in prison.”, the spokesperson said. He added that MEA still condemns the treatment of Jadhav in the prison against Vienna Conventions.
