Boeing 737 Max back in the sky : First flight takes off from Dallas

Breaking News : Boeing’s 737 Max, on Wednesday, flew for the first time after a 20-month safety ban. With media on board, the American Airlines, with its 45-minute flight from Dallas to Tulsa, demonstrated that the redesigned jet is safe.


Boeing plans to resume its commercial passenger flights from December 29 and by January, they plan to operate 170 flights per month.

In March 2019, Boeing’s 737 Max was grounded when two flights crashed within five months killing a total of 346 people. Subsequently, DGCA banned the airline carrier in March 2019.
